My parents used it. Started peeling in a month. Professional epoxy coatings hold up better. Ours is five years old and it's only peeled where the tires touch when parked. Less than 1sq ft total if you added it all up. I blame the mag chloride. You can do 10 ucoat-it applications for the same cost though.

I did my garage floor about 15 years ago. Except for the few spots of poor prep, it's indestructible.

In fact, I threw out a little bit of leftover paint, and my roommate at the time just happened to back over the the trash cans that were out at the curb.

It's still there. 15 years later.

The prep work required for a 25 year old concrete slab was tremendous. The guy that owned the house before me was a mechanic, and did a lot of side work, and the concrete showed it. The degreasing and scrubbing took about a week of evenings - the actual coating took a day or so, then after the urethane, it was a few more days before I could put stuff back in.
